We are delighted to confirm arrangements for our Beach Training event on 3rd July at Shell Bay. Please note that due to current restrictions we are unable to organise anything beyond karate training that is classified as an official sport. As a result, the schedule for the day has been updated and the official event will finish at 12.30. Of course, there will still be the opportunity afterwards for people to stay on the beach in their own family or household groups. Please see the attached for full information... This morning we had our annual "Class in the Park" at Hughenden. It was a great event for those who could make it. Lots of fun and some intense training up and down the hill. Seido Bucks Class in the Park Saturday 19th June 7.30- 9.30am Osu Everyone ! I hope you are all keeping well and staying in good spirits. We are overjoyed to announce Jun Shihan’s Stuart & Stephen will be hosting this years annual outdoor class at Hughenden Park where we can enjoy the beautiful surroundings whilst working out together. We will start promptly at 7.30 am and finish at 9.30 am and the class will follow the same format as previous years a general “Fun” workout, including kata, and finishing with a meditation session by the water. Due to covid restrictions we will not be using the tea room this year therefore please bring along something to eat for you breakfast. We are limited to a maximum of 30 students…
