For your own safely and to ensure that all classes run as smoothly as possible during our online classes please observe the following:
Ensure you have sufficient space (a minimum of 2 metered square is recommended).
Ensure you and your space are free from dangerous objects that may cause you harm.
Ensure you are on a non-slip floor.
Ensure you have access to fluids and keep well hydrated.
In the unlikely event of an accident, a responsible adult should be present during your training session to give medical assistance, if required.
Please warm up prior to each training session.
Training sessions must not be recorded or shared.
Gi and belt must be worn.
Please mute your screen when the session starts.
Position your screen so you can clearly see and hear the instructor, and the instructor can see you.
Ensure you have access to good internet connection and if possible, disconnect other devices from your internet.
Log in 5 minutes early to check your sound and camera is on.
Speak to your instructor before the session if you need help setting up.

During the session direct techniques towards the camera, as opposed to the screen. “Pin” your instructor so they are larger on your screen. If you are being partnered with someone, pin that person. When you have finished your partner work, pin back to the instructor. (Refer to Zoom help and support to familiarise).
For each instruction from the instructor, and due to being on mute, please bow to confirm you understand.
Black belts must ensure weapons are available but there is a very high duty of care when you use them in your closed environment.
Please ensure your NAKMAS insurance and WSKO membership are up to date. You CANNOT participate in the class unless they are. Check with your instructor if you are unsure.
All Zoom attendance will be recorded in Coacha and will go towards your target for your next promotion.
